Good afternoon! If you’re interested in joining the community garden, please attend the Saturday, April 27th Meeting and Workday, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Hollenback Community Garden, 460 Washington Ave., next to PS 11. It’s our second meeting and first workday, so we’ll be sharing information about how the garden works, then setting it up for the season.
Qualifying members will pick their garden plot from the ‘plottery’ and new members will get a key, provided they attended the March meeting as well (two meetings and a workday+key). Bring money or PayPal for your dues ($10-50) and wear your workclothes so we can dig in the dirt.
We’ll start seedlings for the apprentice plot, and have a BBQ at the end of the workday. All are welcome!
